  • Course Not as Described: If the course content or delivery significantly differs from the advertised description, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please contact us promptly to discuss the issue.
  • Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period): Under Singaporean consumer law, you may have a right to cancel your purchased course within a certain period after enrollment. Please refer to the “Cooling-Off Period” section below for details.

Refund Process

  3. Approval & Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cooling-Off Period

Under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, you may have a cooling-off period during which you can cancel your course purchase for a full refund. The specific duration of this period depends on the nature of your contract. Please consult the Act or seek legal advice for definitive information.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • Partial Course Completion: Refunds will generally not be offered if you have begun utilizing a significant portion of the course.
  • Individual Progress: Refunds are not issued based solely on dissatisfaction with your own academic progress or test results within the course.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not guaranteed for simple changes of mind unrelated to misrepresentation or technical issues.
